How do I make a purchase ?

How do I know if my order is confirmed ?
We will forward your order confirmation via WhatsApp or email .
Can I change my Delivery address after my order is placed ?
Yes, but you need to notify us at least 2-3 working days in advance.
Do you ship internationally ?
Currently, we only deliver locally. But you can contact our Customer
Service team for further assistance on shipment to neighbouring countries.
What is your return/refund policy ?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, seal intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please email us at thedietcentre@gmail.com to initiate a return. We only accept return of products when approval has been granted. For any return inquiries, please contact our Customer Service team.
How long will it take until I receive my order ?
For local delivery it will take about 3-4 working days.
